This summer, Heinz Chapel is open Sunday through Thursday from 10:00am to 3:00pm. Visitors who do not have a University of Pittsburgh ID will need to sign in upon entry in accordance with the University's current Covid-19 policies.
Simply Styled ceremonies at Heinz Chapel are back! We've created an effortless, all-inclusive mini wedding package for those who want toget married in style without the hours of planning and big budget. These intimate 90-minute packages for up to 30 guests include a meaningful ceremony with a professional officiant, gorgeous flowers, music perfect for walking down the aisle, amazing photography by Kristen Wynn Photography, and a champagne toast and cookie table.

While Heinz Memorial Chapel remains closed to drop-in visitors, we are offering virtual tours and individual and small group in-person tours by appointment. To schedule an in-person or virtual tour, email the Chapel Office at heinzchapel@pitt.edu and indicate if you would like a general tour or wedding tour. For virtual tours, we will provide a Zoom link. For in-person tours, we will need each person's name and email address to pre-register the visit with the University. Please note that masks are required.
Heinz Chapel is open for those with Pitt ID and for scheduled weddings and events.
