Mandolin Music from Far and Near

(In No Special Order!)

Descended from the lute, the mandolin is a beloved instrument around the world and nowhere more so than in Pittsburgh!  Our orchestra has been proudly presenting concerts throughout the Pennsylvania-Ohio-West Virginia region since 2003.  Music for our programs is chosen from the wide ranging repertoire of the PghMO and represents no less than 10 different countries.  Some of our pieces were composed specifically for us, while others have been adapted from other genres. Either way, we are sure you will enjoy the unique sound of The Pittsburgh Mandolin Orchestra.

Open to the public.  Admission is free.
